About Bright Yacht Management

We are located on the beautiful Balearic Island of Mallorca with an office at STP Shipyard in Palma de Mallorca.

The yard operates a model of open management and is Europe´s leading refit and repair facility.

With our convenient western Mediterranean location, we have the possibility to offer service to yachts on site or are within two hours commute to most European destinations.

We currently represent Yachts operating all over the world and are in constant negotiations for refit and new build services.

With our knowledge and experience of running complex projects we give support to yacht owners and their captains ensuring the highest standards.

Our aim is to build positive long-term client relationships!

Meet the team

Tim Bright

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

In 2014, after 21 years as a practicing Captain on both sail and power yachts, Tim decided to follow his passion of the marine industry into a management role.

Tim started sailing at the age of 6 and went on to represent the UK as a youth for 4 years prior to graduating.

Still actively racing on the Wally Cento s/y Galateia when time allows and s/y Perseus 3 the 60 meter Perini, “my limited time on the water is still a very important aspect of my life, keeping me up to date with the industry and clients needs”.

Having run refits and over seen New build construction in Norther Europe, Mediterranean, USA and the Caribbean, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to the business.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Originally from Germany, Christiane moved to Mallorca 20 years ago and fell in love with the island.

Christiane has worked for many years in the yachting industry, and can offer a lot of experience regarding office management, running administration for refits and new build support.

She enjoys working with a great team and when not in the office, loves to travel and spending time with her dogs and horses.
